V&S Trucks-Trailers Sp. z o.o. has been established in 1995. In the beginning, the sales depot was located in Jelcz-Laskowice, in the north-eastern part of Wroclaw City. The company has been engaged in importing used trucks and building machinery from Western Europe countries. The focus was put on sales of Scania trucks, but the big part of sales volume was covered by kipper trucks, concrete mixers, silos, tank trucks, drawbar trailers and oversize transport trailers. Many years of experience resulted in a strong position of the local market, while the volume of sold vehicles could be count in thousand of pieces.

In reply to growing interest in the specialized transport solutions, in 2002 a contract with the biggest european oversize transport trailers manufacturer - the Dutch company Royal Nooteboom Trailers B.V., which has been the leader in the branch, developing the extremely strong vehicles, had been signed. Nooteboom Trailers was established in 1881 in the village of Kethel, a stones throw from Rotterdam. Nooteboom started out as a smithy but over the years began to specialize in the production of road transport vehicles. The introduction by Nooteboom in 1953 of the swing axle low-loader was in many ways an important turning point in Nooteboom history. This innovative transport solution, in those days the last word in low-loader technology, was the first step in the sector where Nooteboom was to become specialist and market leader: abnormal road transport. Since the seventies Nooteboom has been domiciled in Wijchen, near Nijmegen, where the company premises by now cover an area of around 60,000m2. The head office and factory in Wijchen have 550 employees.

In 2005 V&S Trucks-Trailers Sp. z o.o. has decided to build a modern depot and sales office. A suitable location was chosen – the new depot is situated directly by A4 highway, around 15 km from Wroclaw, directing onto the western border. The vicinity of many communication and transport centres gives our customers an easy and comfortable access. The area has also been prepared for further developments, which will take place in the nearest time: creating the service centre for trailers and specialized transport machinery.

V&S Trucks-Trailers Sp. z o.o. has brought into the polish market several thousand of trucks, vehicles and trailers, new and used ones. The company is still strengthening and adjusting to its customers’ needs, continuously developing the vehicles offer and elaborating on its aftersales departments. The nearest years bring the next challenges connected to the unceasing vehicles demand on the polish transport and building market, which are faced by the employees of the company with a predominant professionalism and self-engagement.
